At Southwest Airlines, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of service and safety.
We have been flying Boeing 737s since 1971 and remain dedicated to this aircraft type.
While we understand that the recent 737 Max fiasco has caused some concern among travelers, rest assured that Southwest is taking all necessary steps to ensure our fleet remains safe for passengers.
We will continue to monitor developments in the industry closely but at this time there are no plans for us to switch from Boeing 737s or add Airbus 320s into our fleet mix.
